The institutional charity is about mutual material and moral assistance among the Brothers. In addition to this, traditional financial donations, called "Grazie" (graces), are made to the needy and to religious and charitable institutions on the occasion of the Feast of Saint Roch. A special aspect of the Archconfraternity’s activity is the "Commissaría Marcorà" which is still active and faithful to the canons of the foundation dating back to 1538.
